This Assistant Project Manager opportunity in Fort Myers offers hands-on exposure to structural concrete and masonry while supporting safe, efficient, and on-schedule delivery across the region. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Assistant Project Manager position include: • 3+ years of experience in construction, project coordination, project engineering, estimating, or assistant project management preferred. • Experience with concrete, structural concrete, masonry, commercial construction, or a closely related construction trade is highly preferred. • Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and project documents. • Support project scheduling, cost tracking, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other construction documentation. • Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of multiple construction projects with a focus on safety and quality. • Coordinate with field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, general contractors, architects, engineers, and clients. • Track materials procurement, deliveries, budgets, labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses. • Conduct periodic jobsite visits throughout Southwest Florida and support project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and final documentation.
