In this BAS Sales Executive opportunity, you’ll drive growth with a high-autonomy approach and a small, focused sales team. Qualifications and responsibilities for this BAS Sales Executive position include: • 5–10 years of building automation sales experience • Strong preference for experience with Schneider Electric, Carrier, Crane, Johnson Controls, or a similar controls company; stable work history required • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook • Ability to prepare and present digital proposals • Local travel for site visits; valid Texas driver’s license and insured personal vehicle • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Work Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 AM–3:30/4:00 PM, with occasional weekends as needed • Sell BAS solutions to commercial clients, including schools, universities, municipalities, and military facilities Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
