This Senior Business Development Director / Senior Sales Executive opportunity will help expand a steel and metal fabrication operation that generated approximately $9 million in sales last year and is preparing to move into its own facility in about a year. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Business Development Director / Senior Sales Executive position include: • At least 5 years of successful business development or sales experience selling steel fabrication, metal fabrication, or closely related contract manufacturing services. • Aerospace fabrication experience and aerospace contacts are highly preferred. • Established relationships with companies that use fabrication services. • Proven ability to develop new accounts rather than only manage existing customers. • Comfort working independently and creating your own schedule and sales strategy without an established sales process. • Generate new fabrication business across aerospace and other industrial markets, prospect, develop, and close new accounts. • Build relationships with decision-makers and help establish and improve sales and business development processes. Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits: PTO, bonus, and commissions. Potential stock or ownership participation.
