Qualifications and responsibilities for this Geotechnical CAD Designer position include: • 7–10 years of CAD design experience • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D • Perform takeoffs from PDFs and civil drawings • Support structural foundation work (including structural support and foundations) • Incorporate engineer and PM redlines to revise engineering plans • Coordinate and address utilities in engineering plans • Work alongside engineers and project managers in a busy design-build setting • Long-term mindset with interest in staying with the team and growing into mentorship Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
