Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineering Manager position include: • 10-15 years minimum experience; B.S. or M.S. Civil Engineering and 15+ years progressive experience in the design and management of civil engineering projects • Demonstrated leadership experience with successful teamwork • Significant design and project management experience • Broad technical background in civil engineering with technical expertise in transportation (highway & bridge), hydraulics/water resources, and/or water and wastewater engineering • Project management experience • Business development and client management experience • Municipal and/or CONNDOT design and construction administration experience • Management of design teams, general management of the Meriden office, provision of technical expertise, and support of business development and client management Salary: $120,000 to $170,000 Benefits: comprehensive benefits package which includes a competitive salary, Health, Disability and Life Insurance and a 401K plan.
