This Studio Sales Manager opportunity is full-time and onsite, focused on building a high-performing sales team and driving recurring memberships at the heart of the experience. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Studio Sales Manager position include: • Strong direct-to-consumer sales performance with the ability to lead a team, own revenue goals, follow up with leads, and close memberships. • Drive studio revenue and recurring memberships through personal selling and team coaching. • Follow up consistently with new leads, first-time guests, and past clients to convert into members. • Track sales activity, conversion rates, and key performance indicators, holding the team accountable to daily and monthly goals. • Train and motivate employees on the beem sales process and guest experience, including overcoming objections. • Support studio operations, scheduling, staffing needs, and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards. • Generate business through partnerships, events, med spas, and medical offices. • Resolve guest concerns professionally and thoughtfully while supporting local marketing and community outreach. Salary: $55,000 - $55,000 per year, plus uncapped performance incentives. On-target earnings are $85,000–$100,000+ with significant upside for exceeding studio sales and revenue goals.
