Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager / Superintendent position include: • 2+ years of construction experience with exposure to both field and office responsibilities • Comfort working outside a narrowly defined PM or superintendent role; adaptable and eager to learn new processes • Assist the lead superintendent with daily on-site construction activities • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce OSHA standards (OSHA 10 or 30 preferred) • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain the project schedule • Perform quality control inspections and help resolve field issues as needed • Support project documentation (RFIs, submittals, and change orders) and maintain accurate project records • Track project progress, material deliveries, subcontractor performance, and assist with cost control and procurement Salary: $100,000-$120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
