In this Controller opportunity, you’ll help bring focus back to the finance function, drive accurate job costing and WIP reporting, and ensure monthly financials are completed correctly for a growing organization. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Controller position include: • 5+ years of experience, with a track record of closing books and producing monthly financials • Construction accounting experience, including job costing and WIP accounting • Experience overseeing billing and payroll processes • Strong Excel skills • Experience with unions and certified payroll is required • Ability to manage finance team responsibilities and ensure payments are handled correctly • Experience with ERP transition or familiarity with systems such as Acumatica is a plus • Reports directly to the CEO and President Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
