The clinic currently operates with one experienced DVM, two full-time receptionists, and nine veterinary assistants, maintaining a higher support staff-to-doctor ratio than most general practices. This is a fast-paced yet well-structured environment where doctors are supported in being productive without being overloaded. Appointment flow is managed carefully, with drop-off appointments, direct treatment rechecks, and curbside options helping the team work efficiently throughout the day. Doctors typically see 10 to 15 appointments daily, with a good mix of preventive care, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, wound management, and medical cases.
