As Medical Director, you’ll guide medical protocols, mentor veterinarians and support staff, oversee clinical quality, and partner with leadership to drive the hospital forward. The current leadership team includes a Medical Director with over a decade of emergency and GP experience, creating an environment that values strong clinical standards, teamwork, and continued development. The package is highly competitive, with a salary range of $175,000–$250,000, production opportunities, potential performance bonuses, relocation assistance, and a $25,000 sign-on bonus.
