An AmLaw 200 firm with a national platform is seeking a litigation associate with 3+ years of experience to join its business and commercial litigation practice in New York. The work spans high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and trial matters. Qualifications • 3–6 years of commercial and business litigation experience • Experience preparing pleadings, motions, and briefing on complex matters • Proficiency with e-discovery and fact development • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to work through complex factual, legal, and logistical issues • Eligibility for admission or an active New York license; judicial clerkship experience preferred The Opportunity • A small, growing New York office recently expanded into larger space to support continued hiring, the day-to-day feel of a boutique with the resources of a national platform behind you • Business litigation practice with a deep financial services and class action bench • 1,850 billable hour target, with base salary set against that target • Paid bar dues, bar association memberships, and CLE expenses • Competitive benefits package, including generous leave policies Compensation: $215,000–$250,000 base depending on experience, plus a discretionary merit bonus.
