SkyWater Search Partners is partnering with a large, well-established construction organization on an Accounting Manager search. The company is in a strong position, with a healthy backlog, several significant projects underway and continued growth expected across multiple construction verticals. Local Twin Cities metro candidates will only be considered, and onsite presence 4 days per week is required. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more than just a traditional Accounting Manager role. You’ll have ownership across core accounting operations, financial reporting and close while leading and developing a team. You’ll also work closely with project accounting, payroll and FP&A and have the opportunity to take on broader responsibility as the finance organization continues to evolve.
