An established, multidisciplinary science and engineering consulting firm is seeking a Lead Hydrogeologist to support a growing portfolio of complex groundwater projects, with significant near-term work in natural resources. This is a technical leadership/SME role rather than a traditional people-management position. The successful candidate will serve as the senior hydrogeology SME on multidisciplinary projects, determining the technical approach, directing project-level staff, reviewing results, and owning the hydrogeology workstream from investigation through analysis and reporting. The role can be based in Minnesota or Wisconsin with hybrid flexibility, with remote consideration for exceptionally strong mining-hydrogeology candidates. Expected ravel is approximately 10–15%. Base compensation is targeted at $100K–$150K
