SkyWater is partnering with a client in the North Metro who’s looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join their growing team! This is a brand-new position created as the company continues to expand its manufacturing footprint. The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will report directly to the VP of Operations and help build out the manufacturing engineering function across multiple facilities. You’ll lead capacity expansion, new product introduction, and process improvement projects, while being hands-on & working on the production floor. Our client is an established manufacturer of engineered components & systems for industrial and equipment markets, with operations across the Upper Midwest. The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will be the go-to technical manufacturing leader for their manufacturing sites, and will have the chance to help launch new facilities & grow the manufacturing engineering function over time.
