Qualifications Qualified candidate will have two (2) to ten (10) years of experience in land development and/or public works, plus BSCE or the equivalent work experience of five (5) years. Experience must include: • Ability to take plans from conceptual design to final • Preparation and processing of maps & plans for subdivision & land development projects • Road design • Grading • Utilities and drainage • Earthwork evaluations.
