What We're Looking For: • Minimum 3–5 years of General Manager or senior leadership experience in a full-service restaurant, sports bar, or high-volume casual dining concept. • Strong understanding of both food and beverage operations. • Proven ability to lead teams, manage costs, and improve restaurant profitability. • Experience with local store marketing, promotions, and revenue growth. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Hands-on management style with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. • Comfortable working approximately 55–60 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
