Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. • Summary • We are seeking a motivated business systems analyst to assist BAE Systems manufacturing functions in communicating their information technology needs and wants. In this role, you will be responsible for documenting and translating business requirements into functional actions for IT, escalating business impacts of IT changes as they relate to the manufacturing process, and facilitating continuous improvement concepts throughout the manufacturing function. • Responsibilities • Work with manufacturing stakeholders to identify business system improvements and enhancements • Initial IT troubleshooting on critical manufacturing and test systems prior to submitting signals to IT • Analyze and document system requirements and data • Create and maintain relationships with manufacturing and test engineers, obtaining knowledge regarding manufacturing and test systems • Collaborate with our IT organization to ensure project deliverables are met on time and accurately • Ensure compliance with standards and best practices • Collaborating with the IT organization to create and maintain documentation and training materials that support manufacturing business systems
