Work Experience • MD/DO with board certification in Dermatology. • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience; prior GME leadership strongly preferred. • Demonstration of a minimum of one (1) year of documented experience serving as a core Faculty member for an ACGME – accredited dermatology program. • Must serve as a role model for residents, exceptional example of respect for others and a model of outstanding professionalism. • Eligibility for unrestricted Virginia medical licensure. Benefits Salary Range, $463,000 to $610,000 The posted salary range may not reflect the full value of the total compensation package. You are eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary. Hisorical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary .
