Quality Supervisor 2nd Shift Seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to lead second-shift quality operations in a food manufacturing setting. This role will oversee quality staff, support food safety programs, investigate quality issues, and ensure products and processes meet established standards. What Youll Do • Lead and develop quality team members. • Monitor food safety, GMP, and quality compliance. • Manage CAPAs, nonconformances, and root cause investigations. • Support HACCP, preventive controls, audits, and environmental monitoring. • Analyze quality trends and drive process improvements. • Partner with production teams to resolve quality concerns. What Were Looking For • 5+ years of food quality/QA experience. • Prior team leadership experience. • HACCP and food safety experience. • Knowledge of CAPA and root cause analysis. • GFSI audit experience preferred. • PCQI certification preferred. • Bachelors degree in a related scientific discipline preferred.
