What you will be doing: • Greeting respiratory patients, customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner in person and over the phone • Processing customer payment and credit transactions • Assist in resolving patient and customer concerns and issues • Maintain the neat and clean appearance of the respiratory showroom and work area What will a qualified candidate need? • One or more years of office experience • Excellent customer service skills • Organized and great time management skills • Ability to understand insurance coverage guidelines for respiratory durable medical equipment • Working knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel
