Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Perform electrical failure analysis and root cause investigation for customer returns. Drive FE/BE yield improvement, test optimization, and cost reduction initiatives. Support product qualification, fab transfers, and manufacturing process improvements. Analyze ATE test data on UltraFlex testers and conduct bench/system-level validation. Prepare customer-facing FA reports and lead corrective actions using 8D methodologies. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics, or Semiconductor Physics. 2+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Failure Analysis, or Customer Quality. Hands-on experience with UltraFlex/Advantest/Verigy testers and semiconductor manufacturing. Strong knowledge of yield analysis, RCA, 8D, DOE, FMEA, and statistical analysis.
