In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA), we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. You will support the Automated Test Controller Suite (ATCS) Group within CEMA Systems Engineering to define, develop and maintain system software tools used to create automated data solutions. As the Automated Test Control System (ATCS) Lead Systems Engineer, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of system software tools used to create automated data solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop transferable skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Assist in the development of system software tools • Write software scripts in various languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, SQL) to execute system OS commands, interface with subsystems and devices • Contribute to the development of automated data analysis scripts • Collaborate with team members to design and test software • Lead and mentor junior engineers. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time
