Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Job Description: • Drive sales growth of the Bazaar Lubes portfolio and achieve volume targets through the distributor network. • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market analysis, prospecting, and lead generation activities. • Increase lubricant volume contribution and productivity across secondary channels through cross-selling and customer engagement initiatives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, mechanics, and key customers. • Coordinate with lubricant suppliers on day-to-day operations and business activities within the assigned territory. • Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and enhance customer satisfaction. • Plan and execute demand generation programs, storming activities, and market activation campaigns to drive sales and market penetration. • Represent the organization at customer meets, trade events, and industry forums to strengthen business relationships and expand market presence. • Develop and deliver product knowledge and sales training programs for channel partners and key business influencers. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and territory performance, and implement action plans to achieve business objectives.
