To Apply for this Job Click Here Marketing & Communications Coordinator – Part-Time (Temp-to-Hire) You are: A creative, organized, and collaborative communications professional who enjoys bringing ideas to life through newsletters, digital design, and website content. You’re comfortable managing projects independently while sharing ideas and working closely with a supportive team. Location: Sebastopol, CA Pay: $28-$34/hr Schedule: Part-time ON-SITE, approximately 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule What you will be doing: • Create and distribute internal newsletters and communications. • Design digital content and visual materials using Canva. • Maintain and update the company website and SharePoint. • Support the internal communications and audiovisual (A/V) team with projects and content. • Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate with team members on new ideas and initiatives. What you bring: • Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. • Experience with Canva, SharePoint, website management, and digital design. • Staffbase experience is a huge plus! • Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills. • Ability to manage projects independently with limited supervision. • A proactive, creative mindset and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
