SUMMARY: Newrest is looking for a Safety & Compliance Assistant Manager who will play a key role in overseeing flight catering compliance, supporting workplace safety initiatives, and ensuring operational standards are consistently met. In this role, you'll lead a team of Operations Compliance Leads responsible for verifying flight catering accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements before orders are sealed and released for dispatch. You'll work closely with Production, Transportation, and Safety management to identify operational risks, resolve compliance concerns, and drive continuous improvement.
