Newrest is looking for a Dock Manager who will play a key role in leading daily dock operations, developing strong teams, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. In this role, you'll oversee departmental performance, coordinate employee schedules, provide ongoing training and coaching, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). You'll also monitor performance, maintain accurate reporting, and foster a positive workplace that promotes accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
