Contracted Per Diem Emergency Department Registered Nurse position for a 26-week assignment in Mckinney, Texas. Provide high-quality nursing care during night shifts and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Earn up to $60/hour with competitive benefits. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver timely nursing care to emergency department patients, assessing and intervening as needed. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. • Accurately document patient information using Wellsoft EMR. • Monitor vital signs and respond to changes, escalating concerns to physicians. • Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance. Qualifications: • Nursing degree from an accredited institution (BSN or ADN). • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification. • Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification. • Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department experience. • Experience in night shift nursing (7 PM to 7 AM). • Strong critical thinking skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
