Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients of varying ages and conditions • Utilize evidence-based techniques to improve strength, mobility, and overall function • Educate patients and families on exercises, therapy plans, and recovery expectations • Document patient progress and update treatment plans as necessary • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation staff to ensure optimal care outcomes • Promote wellness and injury prevention through patient and community education Qualifications: • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent required) • Active Physical Therapy license in South Dakota (or eligibility) • BLS certification (AHA required) • New graduates encouraged to apply - mentorship and training available
