The Full-Time OR Circulator Registered Nurse provides perioperative patient care in Grants, New Mexico, ensuring safety and supporting the surgical team during procedures. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with surgical team and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care • Prepare operating room with appropriate instruments, supplies, and equipment • Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures • Maintain aseptic and sterile techniques • Document all nursing activities accurately in patient records • Educate patients and families regarding surgical procedures and postoperative care • Adhere to hospital protocols, safety regulations, and infection-control policies Qualifications: • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License - New Mexico or Compact State License • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required • BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required Preferred Skills: • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification preferred • CNOR (Certified Perioperative Nurse) Certification preferred • 1+ year of recent OR Circulating experience preferred
