Key Responsibilities: • Provide crisis intervention and psychiatric nursing care to adults in extended observation and crisis respite settings. • Complete admission assessments, risk screenings, and ongoing mental status checks. • Administer medications and monitor response to treatment per protocols. • Use de-escalation and safety techniques to maintain a therapeutic environment. • Document care accurately and collaborate with providers, counselors, and the care team.
