Milkco is seeking a 2nd Shift Pasteurizer in our Production Department. The hours are 1:00pm to 9:30pm Monday-Friday, and alternating Saturdays. The Pasteurizer is responsible for processing, batching & mixing all fluid dairy and non-dairy products, while following strict production standards and regulations. They are also responsible for maintaining careful production documentation and some monthly preventative maintenance. They must be able to multi-task with a high attention to detail while maintaining a positive attitude and working independently. The ideal candidate will have: • Prior experience in food or beverage production preferred. • The ability to keep meticulous documentation. • Previous experience with computerized process controls. • Some mechanical aptitude preferred. Physical Requirements: • Must be able to stand a minimum of 7 ½ hours per day. • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs.
