This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and entrepeneurial leader to rethink the traditional hotel spa experience and develop a distinctive destination for beauty, vitality, recovery and wellbeing. • Work for an award-winning luxury hotel group • Learn and grow within a diverse multi-outlet property • Exceptional benefits package Key Accountabilities • Develop and implement a comprehensive buiness plan to reposition the Spa and drive long-term growth. • Lead all aspects of Spa operations, financial performance, budgeting and profitability. • Identify new revenue opportunities across treatments, retail, memberships, partnerships and private events. • Evolve the treatment menu, introducing relevant services, products and innovations. • Build a strong retail business through product selection, merchandising and sales strategy. • Develop relationships with leading brands, industry experts and the local community. • Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen the Spa's identity, visibility and customer acquisition. • Create engaging programming and experiences that extend beyond traditional spa services.
