About our role Northern Star has a rewarding opportunity for a Site Services Leading Hand to be a part of a dynamic workplace at our Thunderbox Operations. Reporting to the Site Services Supervisor, this position will be on a family friendly 8 days on 6 days off roster, FIFO from Perth. Your main responsibilities will include: • Leading your team to achieve organisational goals • HDPE pipeline repair and installation. • IT, skid steer and excavator operation • Fuelling of Bore fields generators. • Open pit Dewatering. • Maintaining current site Infrastructure • Heavy involvement in on/offsite projects. • Bore field operating experience. • Monitor and maintain water supply to RAW water dams and mining turkey's nest.
