Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.      Your work profile • As a Senior Consultant in our Consulting team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. • 7 -10 years of experience Key skills required: • Must Have Skills • Locust (Mandatory) • Python (Mandatory) • Apache JMeter • Performance Engineering • API & Microservices Performance Testing • Performance Test Strategy & Planning • NFR Definition & Workload Modelling • Performance Analysis & Capacity Planning • Dynatrace / Splunk / AppDynamics • SQL • Git • Good to Have • Kubernetes • Docker • AWS / Azure • Jenkins / Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions • LoadRunner • Performance Tuning Exposure Roles & Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end Performance Engineering activities across enterprise applications. • Define Performance Test Strategy, Test Plans and execution approach. • Design and review Locust and JMeter frameworks. • Conduct NFR workshops and workload modelling sessions with business and architecture teams. • Lead execution of Load, Stress, Spike, Soak and Endurance testing. • Perform deep-dive root cause analysis across application, middleware, database and infrastructure layers. • Mentor performance engineers and perform technical reviews. • Collaborate with Architects, Development, DevOps and SRE teams to improve application scalability and reliability. • Present performance findings, recommendations and risk assessments to stakeholders. • Drive Performance Engineering best practices and CI/CD adoption. Key skills: • Experience leading small to medium-sized Performance Engineering teams. • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with cloud-native applications, container platforms and distributed systems. • Ability to drive technical discussions independently. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
