Job Title Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Room Location Overland Park, KS | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Travel | 12 Weeks | Days | 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting • Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols • Monitor and document patient status, progress, and responses to treatment accurately and in a timely manner Required Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing; Kansas licensure or multistate compact license required • BLS and ACLS certifications required • Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience • Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (11:00 AM – 11:00 PM) Preferred Experience / Skills • Previous travel nursing experience in an emergency department setting • Familiarity with high-volume, Level I or Level II trauma environments • Strong critical thinking and rapid clinical decision-making skills Why Join Us • Opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience in a dynamic Emergency Room environment in the Kansas City metro area • Competitive travel contract with a projected start date of August 2026
