Job Title Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Location Cape May Court House, NJ Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | Full-Time Key Responsibilities • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders • Provide clinical management for patients requiring tracheostomy and ventilator support • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards Required Qualifications • Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of New Jersey • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA • Tracheostomy and ventilator (Trach/Vent) experience is required Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience working in a medically complex or acute care environment • Familiarity with dysphagia management and instrumental swallowing assessments • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient and team interaction Why Join Us • Expected 30 hours per week providing a consistent and structured contract schedule • Opportunity to work in a specialized clinical setting utilizing advanced SLP skills
