Job Title Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry Location Winchester, MA | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Float Position Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours • Float across units as needed to support staffing requirements • Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Epic EMR • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes Required Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Massachusetts or compact equivalent • Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry nursing experience • Previous travel nursing experience required • Epic EMR proficiency required • Ability to commit to an 8-week contract with a start date of January 4th • No more than three days of time-off requests will be considered; holiday time-off requests will not be approved • Local candidates are welcome to apply Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience in a float pool or multi-unit nursing role • Strong telemetry monitoring and interpretation skills • Adaptability to varying patient populations and unit environments Why Join Us • Expected hours of 72 biweekly provide a consistent and predictable schedule throughout the assignment • Opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience through a float position at a reputable facility
