Job Title Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry Location Beverly, MA | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 12-Hour Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Expected 72 hours biweekly Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours • Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition • Document all patient care activities accurately using EPIC electronic health records (required) • Float to an alternate local facility as needed to support staffing demands • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes Required Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact equivalent • EPIC proficiency required • BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required • Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry nursing experience • Must be willing and able to float to an alternate local facility as needed • Must be prepared to complete an onsite pass/fail competency test on the first day of orientation (one attempt only) and up to two attempts on Relias onboarding assessments • Local candidates are welcome to apply Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior experience in a fast-paced acute care or telemetry environment • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new facilities and workflows Why Join Us • Immediate start opportunity with a short-term contract ideal for experienced travel nurses seeking winter placement • Expected 72 hours biweekly provides a consistent and predictable schedule throughout the assignment
