Job Title Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry Location Beverly, MA | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included) Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours • Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using EPIC EMR • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans • Float to an additional affiliated hospital location as needed to support staffing requirements Required Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility • BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required • EPIC EMR proficiency required • Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting • Must be willing and able to float to an additional affiliated facility as needed • Must be available to pass an onsite competency test on day one of orientation (one attempt only); Relias testing completed during onboarding (up to two attempts) serves as preparation • Local candidates are welcome to apply Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior experience in a high-acuity Medical Surgical or Telemetry environment • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and team workflows • Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting Why Join Us • Immediate start opportunity with an 8-week contract assignment at a reputable acute care facility • Expected consistent biweekly hours providing schedule stability throughout the assignment
