Job Title Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry Location Beverly, MA | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Expected 72 hours biweekly Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours • Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition • Document all patient care activities accurately using EPIC electronic health records (required) • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans • Float to an additional affiliated hospital location as needed Required Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license • EPIC proficiency required • BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required • Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry nursing experience • Must be prepared to complete an onsite pass/fail competency test on the first day of orientation (one attempt only) • Must be available to float to an additional affiliated facility as needed • Local candidates are welcome to apply Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience working in a fast-paced acute care or telemetry environment • Familiarity with Relias learning and assessment platform • Flexibility with scheduling and openness to floating assignments Why Join Us • Short-term contract opportunity with an expected schedule of 72 hours biweekly, offering stability for the duration of the assignment • Gain valuable experience in a reputable acute care setting with a collaborative clinical team
