Job Title Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry Location Beverly, MA | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 12-Hour Shifts Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours • Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition • Document all patient care activities accurately using EPIC electronic health records (required) • Float to a nearby affiliated facility as needed to support staffing demands • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes Required Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility • BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required • EPIC electronic health records proficiency required • Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry nursing experience • Must be willing and able to float to an affiliated hospital location as needed • Must be available for an 8-week assignment beginning January 11th with no more than 3 days of requested time off • Local candidates are welcome to apply Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior experience in a fast-paced acute care or telemetry environment • Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments and workflows Why Join Us • Expected 72 hours biweekly, providing consistent and predictable scheduling throughout the assignment • Opportunity to gain experience across multiple affiliated acute care facilities in the region
