Responsibilities: - Serve as a key contributor to the corporate month-end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, supporting reporting, and follow-up. - Prepares the intercompany accounting, including billings, B/S account analysis, follow-up on differences, and resolution of open items. - Prepares North America payroll accounting process, including journal entries, cash funding, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and timely resolution of payroll-related issues. - Prepare assigned monthly corporate balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis, ensuring balances are accurate, fully supported, and clearly understood. - Utilize Blackline to perform month-end close processes including journal entries and account reconciliations. - Utilize OneStream to perform monthly reporting and analysis. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. - 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet account reconciliations. - Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, account reconciliation principles, and internal controls. - Strong systems aptitude and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to organize, reconcile, and analyze large data sets. - Must possess a professional demeanor with an ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
