Position Overview: Ready to put your restoration skills to work? We’re looking for IICRC-certified Water Restoration Technicians who are dependable, motivated, and passionate about helping others. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to emergency water and fire damage calls with professionalism and urgency. • Assess affected areas, take moisture readings, and document damage. • Perform water extraction, selective demolition, and structural drying. • Set up and monitor dehumidifiers, air movers, and air filtration equipment. • Maintain accurate drying logs, job notes, and photographs. • Work with project managers and teammates to complete restoration work following IICRC standards and company procedures. • Keep customers informed and treat their homes and belongings with respect. • Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites, vehicles, and equipment. • Participate in ongoing training and an emergency on-call rotation. Qualifications: • Current IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification required. • Previous hands-on water restoration experience preferred. • Additional certifications, including ASD, AMRT, FSRT, or OCT, are a plus. • A friendly, customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills. • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. • Valid driver’s license. • Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted. • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces. • Ability to wear required respiratory protection and personal protective equipment. • Availability for after-hours work and a rotating emergency on-call schedule.
