Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.25 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. • Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, reporting unusual conditions, access issues, and policy violations to appropriate personnel. • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. • Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs; communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: • Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience. • Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred. • CPR certification is preferred. • Customer service experience is preferred. • Access control and badge experience is preferred. • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
