Key Responsibilities: • Works with named or large key accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and to ensure satisfaction, and maintain positive ongoing relationships. • Sales cycles are generally very long and involve broad high-priced systems requiring Executive approval from the Customer and the Company. • Works with other internal sales personnel to propose specific solutions for a given account or partner. • Manages revenue goals for the given account/client. • Provides regular updates to senior sales/operations staff concerning account issues, financial status, etc. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in biology or chemistry or STEM • Minimum of 5 years sales experience • Selling complex laboratory workflow configurations. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience selling Reproductive Health Products into Newborn Screening Laboratories. • Must have experience selling into Public Health Laboratories • Project management experience a plus • Must have excellent communication skills • Must be organized and be able to multi-task • Must work well in team environment. • Must be able to travel up to 50% The pay range for this full-time position is a salary 152,000.00 - 203,000.00 Annual USD. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The pay offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
