Alliance Recruiting Resources is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist for an inpatient Uro-Hospitalist locum tenens opportunity in South Carolina. This assignment offers continuous coverage over the holiday period, allowing providers to maximize earnings while maintaining flexibility between assignments. Assignment Highlights • Location: South Carolina • Specialty: Urology • Practice Setting: Inpatient Uro-Hospitalist • Coverage Dates: December 24 at 6:00 AM through January 4 at 6:00 AM • Schedule: 24-hour call coverage • Opportunity for concentrated scheduling and premium locum earnings • Fast credentialing and defined assignment timeframe Responsibilities • Provide inpatient urology hospitalist coverage • Round on admitted patients and respond to consultations • Evaluate and manage urgent and emergent urologic cases from the Emergency Department • Perform surgical procedures as clinically indicated • Function as the sole on-site Urologist during coverage periods • Deliver comprehensive urologic care in a fast-paced hospital environment Provider Requirements • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology • Active South Carolina Medical License • Active South Carolina CSR • DEA registration eligible to remain permanently registered in South Carolina • Experience managing open urologic trauma cases involving the kidneys, bladder, and testicles • Comfortable treating pediatric torsion cases • Proficiency in both standard and advanced urologic procedures Additional Information • New locum providers must complete a half-day weekday orientation before the first scheduled shift • Orientation must be completed on a weekday and cannot occur on weekends or holidays Why Locum Providers Are Interested • Competitive locum tenens pay rates • Predictable, pre-scheduled coverage dates • Ability to maximize income during a short assignment • Flexible career scheduling between contracts • Opportunity to maintain work-life balance while selecting assignments that fit your preferred schedule If you're a Urologist seeking a South Carolina locum tenens job, urology hospitalist coverage opportunity, or high-paying holiday locums assignment, contact Alliance Recruiting Resources today for full compensation details and credentialing information.
