The Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst is responsible for analyzing workforce data and translating findings into clear, meaningful information presented to stakeholders across the organization. This individual will regularly engage with executive and C-suite leadership, requiring both strong analytical capability and polished communication skills. The role is remote and requires up to 20% travel.
