A hospital in Houston, TX is seeking an executive-level Director of Rehabilitation Research for its Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Division. This is an on-site leadership role requiring the ability to service the greater Houston area, with up to 20% travel expected. The Director will provide strategic and administrative oversight of the SCI Division's research program, leading scientific portfolio management and driving federal grant development and funding strategy. The position carries responsibility for research design, data analysis, and the advancement of peer-reviewed scientific publications. The Director is expected to function at the level of a principal investigator while also guiding programmatic direction and operational leadership across the division.
