Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with BIM team members and engineers to produce accurate drafting for a variety of structural systems • Develop and maintain detailed 3D models of existing structures using Revit • Assist in the preparation of clear, precise construction documents utilizing Revit, under guidance from senior staff • Support the creation of construction documents using AutoCAD, with mentorship provided as needed • Maintain quality standards by tracking and documenting design updates, revisions, and review notes • Submit completed work for review and incorporate feedback from senior BIM and engineering team members • Address review comments in a timely and accurate manner • Provide support to team members on additional project tasks as needed • Manage assignments across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met • Utilize available IT systems and tools to organize and track project workflows • Communicate effectively with other disciplines to address project-related questions and coordination needs • Participate in internal team meetings, training sessions, and project coordination meetings • Assist with construction site visits and observations as required Qualifications • Associate’s Degree in Drafting or a related field (completed or in progress) • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided • Experience working with Revit required • Familiarity with AutoCAD preferred, but not required • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritize and manage work across multiple tasks and projects • Willingness to learn and grow within a technical, team-oriented environment • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams using various communication platforms
