Solutions Architect Responsibilities • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and development teams to ensure alignment on product vision and goals. • Define and communicate solution strategies that address key business challenges and customer needs. • Collaborate with stakeholders to intake, document, and prioritize requirements. • Create and maintain product plans and refined backlogs. • Develop backlog items with clear acceptance criteria. • Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and reviews. • Work closely with UI/UX designers to optimize user experience. • Demonstrate team progress to customers and provide regular updates. • Ensure consistent delivery of value through effective prioritization and task management. • Support training and onboarding for new product initiatives Solutions Architect Qualifications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to identify business problems and translate them into actionable solutions. • Experience ideating and presenting innovative software solutions. • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in creating product roadmaps and managing backlogs. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices. • Ability to lead meetings and facilitate discussions effectively.
